Meet Joe

Hello! I’m Joe Setton, and I am running for Lehigh County Commissioner because I believe I can make a difference in our community. As an immigrant, I moved to Lehigh County with my wife forty years ago. Since then, we raised three children, and I built a real estate agency from the ground up.

As a South Whitehall Township commissioner, I supported the South Whitehall Township police and fire departments, and expanded the Parkland Community Library. During the pandemic I helped initiate outdoor dining at restaurants, launched a small business grant program, and helped renovate historic Wehr’s Dam and multiple playgrounds.

As a Lehigh County commissioner, I aim to promote home ownership, limit warehouse expansion, and preserve local green space. I will use my forty years of experience as a realtor to enact impactful change when it comes to affordable housing.
